BIO / PHILOSOPHY / CERTIFICATIONS

PIOTR KONKOL

I work with everyday people, climbers, and powerlifters. In-person coaching in Gdansk at Magnum Fitness Jabloniowa.

ACHIEVEMENT

WRPF deadlift world record

LOCATION

Magnum Fitness Jabloniowa, Gdansk

METHOD

RPE, movement diagnostics, load management

Personal trainer, movement diagnostics specialist, former WRPF deadlift world record holder.
I specialize in assessing movement patterns and removing movement deficits that block progress or cause pain. I work with people returning to activity after a break, climbers, and competitive powerlifters.
I build training plans based on biomechanics and RPE autoregulation. Before every plan I run diagnostics: gait assessment, muscle testing, movement pattern evaluation. This finds the source of the problem rather than treating symptoms.
Motor preparation, movement therapy, foot work — that is also my scope. I am not a medical trainer by title, but that is what I do in practice.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

Training is an adaptation tool. There is no point doing things that cannot be sustained for months or years.

Load management matters more than blind load progression. If session cost rises faster than adaptation, the plan is wrong.

Every exercise must have a purpose: strength, technique, neurological, or movement. No junk volume.

Autoregulation is mandatory. RPE, video, sleep, fatigue, and life context are part of the program, not an add-on.

The specializations are concrete: climbing, powerlifting, return after injury, movement deficits.

Longevity beats a one-time peak. The best athletes train for years without constantly starting from zero.

Diagnosis first, stimulus second. If the restriction is in the joint, nervous system, or coordination, we don’t brute-force volume.
